While I have no memories of my great-grandfather Harry, I’ve come to know his life and legacy through his photography and through my first camera, his original Nikkormat FTn. I have shared the same excitement of living life through a lens that Harry showed through his photos. Having a camera in hand shapes experiences and interprets a moment, a place, a person, or anything that awakens the eye.

Much of my life, and many of my favorite memories, have been spent outdoors. I have faced challenges and uncertainty, formed friendships, and shared experiences with others through the outdoors. It has shaped more than the stories I want to tell; it has shaped what I value in my work and in life. I am drawn to projects that offer that same opportunity for discovery, pushing me into unfamiliar places, introducing me to new people, and exploring the ways we interact with one another and the environments around us.

I recently graduated from the University of Cincinnati’s Media Production program and am seeking opportunities to develop my craft across photography and filmmaking. I am most excited by documentary and creative brand work, and I am thrilled to collaborate and bring my excitement about life into each production.
